Can’t wait til July for the big day!!!!!

One helluva trip+great friends= a whole lot of fun!!!!

6 photographers, 1 Tagalog-tongue-tied fil-am girlfriend of a photographer, 1 very game couple all cooped up together in almost 24 hours in a road trip to Anawangin beach.

Starting of the day very early, grabbing some grub is a must for the much anticipated fun-filled day.

Trivia: This is a big deal for Tiqui. ( Top Photo, 2nd from the left) She is a Thalassophobic.  She faces this fear out of love, faith in God and for the friendship. Yay, Tiqui!!!

(Thalassophobia – An excessive fear, or dread, of seas or oceans or other large bodies of water. thalassophobic Someone who has an excessive fear of seas or oceans or other large bodies of water.)

I was so nerve wrecked and flattered at the same time, when Chickoy Vistro, a fellow make up artist, booked us for her wedding day. What made it much more nerve wrecking is that her fiance, Guj Tungpalan, is also a pro photographer. Putting up to par (or even more!)  is definitely a must given that they are our fellow suppliers. So I was terribly nervous while doing Chickoy’s make up, praying that I will be able to meet the expectations of another make up artist. A great wave of inspiration and nervousness was with me the whole time.

To my great relief and happiness, Guj and Chickoy are just like most of the couples we have worked with. They are warm, appreciative and trustful. It was truly something to have known both of them, most especially Chickoy whom I now share make up tidbits and finds with!

TJ and Donna’s prenup is truly something that made a mark for us. Apart from the kick ass modes of transportations that we shot on that totally made us feel so exclusive and so living the lifestyle of the rich and famous, TJ and Donna are such a game couple that made the shoot really awesome. The hair, the make up, the photography and the locations are not the only things that are to be brandished in TJ and Donna’s prenup, but also the concept and the styling that this couple gave great effort into. The sweltering heat did not stop them from giving it all they got! Imagine, Donna lying on the hood of the BMW Z3 under the direct sun and TJ, putting up with the heavy humidity of the sea during our yacht shoot. What made the shoot an even cooler experience is we were able to shoot in Lufthansa hangar, a very restricted location for our shoot. We had our connections of course, TJ is an engineer who works for Lufhtansa, and we had an all access priveledge to shoot wherever we wanted in the hangar. Sweet.

then we started to kick it off a notch when the BMW arrived…

End of day; of course, a photo op is a must!!!!

When I met this two, I thought of them as a serious type of pair. Especially Raymond, who was always quiet during our meetings. When I saw their prenup pics, man! What goof balls these guys can be!!!!!

Ronnie and Lea both shared the love of hiking and mountain climbing when they we’re still boyfriend-girlfriend. Now they are civilly wed and with a precious little daughter aaliyah, We tried to rekindle their fond memories of spending time together hiking through a city trek for their prenup shoot in preparation for their church rites.

time to get rugged, but little aaliyah’s getting sleepy.

when we reached our final pit stop, or say the “top of our mountain”, lea chills back after the trek for a little R&R, or retouch.

They have finally reached their goal.

and the journey ends with a happy family portrait.
